As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into our system and maintaining accurate records.
Duties:
- Create spreadsheets to track important facility information - Update facility information in databases - Transcribe information from paper documents into electronic format - Use basic math skills to ensure accurate data entry - Answer telephone inquiries and correspondence - Maintains policy and procedure manuals under supervision of Administrator or Director of Nursing -Problem solve IT issues for all staff in the facility -Carry out occasional marketing duties on behalf of the facility with local collaborators -Perform transportation duties as back-up to transportation staff Requirements:
- Able to Handle confidential information - Working knowledge of common computer programs - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload - Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel - Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Previous experience in data entry or a related field preferred
