We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to operate in our Agronomy Service Center (ASC). You will be a valued team member responsible for general office and administrative duties. Key responsibilities include customer service (roughly 60% of the job), administrative functions (30%), office support (10%), and other duties as assigned.

Experience - Education (Required):
We are seeking Minimum High School education or GED and two years of customer service experience in a Distribution, Warehouse or Manufacturing setting
Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Agriculture background is highly desirable
Competencies Skills (Required)
Acts with integrity in products, processes, and relationships; delivers results efficiently & effectively; embraces roll as individual contributor to warehouse team
Ability to prioritize with outstanding organizational skills and work under deadlines and handle pressure while multi-tasking
Hours: 7:30 AM 4 PM (M-F); this role may require overtime, weekends or

holidays as needed.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
